Skill Requirements
- A B.Tech degree in a similar field or equivalent
- Ability to analyze different systems that include data from multiple sources and contacts logs
- Java and SQL Knowledge is a must
- Extensive MS Excel capabilities
- Prior implementation experience
- Prior work experience with JSON is an advantage
- Familiarity with Micro-Services framework
- Interpersonal communication and the ability to work in a group and parallel groups
- Customer-facing skills and effective communication skills
Responsibilities of the Candidate
- Provide software services and quality solutions to telecom companies and large media providers
- Understand the client’s product catalog systems and their business
- Analyze, prepare and implement required customer business, required products and support business in Amdocs CatalogONE
- Allow other Amdocs systems to integrate with Catalog, and therefore be part of the overall Amdocs solution
- Configure the solution with help of relevant tools or system applications based on the solution definition and customer requirements
