Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualification	1. MCA, BE / BTech (Open for all branches for both BE and BTech). OR 2. ME / MTech/ MSc students (Open only for Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science).
Graduation Year	Graduated In 2021
Minimum Academic Percentage	Should have 50% and above in Diploma, Graduation (aggregate of 8 semesters) and MCA (aggregate of 6 semesters)/ ME / MTech / MSc)
Backlogs	Must Have 0 Backlogs

Job Function & Salary

Job Role – Web / Software developer

CTC – INR 300,000.00 per Annum

Requirements

• Must be flexible to relocate to any Capgemini location, work across technology, domain, role and should be ready to work in shifts if required.
• Should be open to sign Service Level Agreement at the time of joining

Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure is divided into 4 steps

STEP 1 – Multiple Choice Question Based English Communication Test

STEP 2 – Game Baesd Aptitude Test

STEP 3 – Behavioural competency profiling

STEP 4 – Interview Process

• Only those candidates who have cleared test assessment (Step 1 to Step 3) will be invited for the interview.
• Post successful completion of our hiring process, you will be groomed through an intense 8-10 weeks of central training program of Capgemini.
• You also earn salary for the entire duration that you are being trained.
• Test Assessment for registered students will begin from March 8, 2022 onwards
