Responsible for overseeing the complete end to end recruitment process for the assigned candidates
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Individual contribution towards achieving set revenue target
- Manage different types of candidates at the same time
- Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
- Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
- Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done
- Ensure the set KPI targets are achieved Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
- Update ATS tool daily/weekly
