Job Description
- To analyze different dimensions of operational effectiveness through data,
- Presenting outcomes from analysis to stakeholders and be responsible for reporting needs
- Reconciliation of statements and clearing of open items as required for their processes
- To identify opportunities for improvement,
- Elimination of redundancies in their respective processes
- Keep themselves updated with the help of technical trainings
- Process and record accounting transactions as per the organizational policies or guidelines to the process and team they belong to
- Provide details for SOP and RCM document update
- Provide supporting documentation and information for various stakeholder like management, auditors, tax departments etc.
- Resolve queries of various stakeholders both internal and external (SSD s, Emails etc) within defined SLA.
