Salary:


– Stipend of Rs.15,000/- per month during the internship (6 months)
– Trainings & certification will be sponsored by Infinity Labs
– Excellent salary structure (Rs. 4 Lacs CTC) from the effective date of employment, after completion of the internship

– Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets (OSI Layers & various networking & security protocol)
– Candidate should be self-motivated and high on achievement orientation
– Should have the ability to deliver results on customer focused projects
– Should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment


Roles and Responsibilities: 

As a Trainee Engineer, you would be learning the key skills of network security and servicing to our esteemed clients.

ROAD MAP

• Internship of 6 months with the designation of a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
• Successful completion of the internship would make you move up the ladder, as an Associate Network Engineer

The Program includes:

• Sponsorship of Network Security and Training courses for 4-6 months from one of the reputed institutes in Noida
• Inclusion of CCNA/ CCSA and PCNSE certification
• Incubation and OJT (On job training) for a month, after graduation
• GET would be designated for the client projects
• After a year, the Associate Network Engineer would be considered for a role elevation, depending on the interest and capability

Academic % Cut-off (10th, 12th, Graduation): | 60%


Selection Process:

  • Written: This round is a screening round. It consists of mainly four sections:
  1. English proficiency (written)

2. English proficiency (reading)

3. Analytical

4. Technical

Each section contains approximately 50 number of multiple-choice questions which candidate needs to complete in the given time limit

  • Technical interview Round: The next round is a technical interview. This is a face-to-face interview round, in which candidates are selected based on their technical skills. In this round, candidates can be asked questions on Networks & Security like – OSI Layers & various networking & security protocol, routing & switching etc
  • HR interview round: The HR interview round is the last round where candidates are evaluated based on their communication skills, soft skills, confidence level, etc.

Note: We may include GD in HR interview round if required

Bond to be Signed: | Yes

  • The employee shall commit to be in the employment of the company at least for a period of 24 months, considering the substantial expenditure incurred by the Employer Company in India and Overseas towards training/certification on Employee’s account. In case if any employee decides to resign any time after the 1st month of internship/training Period without serving the 24 months service with us as a full-term employee after completing 6 months internship, the Employee shall be liable to compensate the Employer a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty thousand Only) to cover the loss incurred by the Employer in recruiting/training Employee and for similar expenses to be incurred by the Employer on another person to be inducted as successor in the office and considering disruption in continuity in the office, failing which will lead to legal action. Employee undertakes that he/she will not take up any other employment while he/she is under the contract and further undertakes to obtain prior consent from the Company before taking up any other employment Failing to which, would lead to legal action
