Job Description
Summary
The candidate should be able to contribute towards all phases of the development lifecycle. He will have to develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop the programming code from scratch or by adapting existing website graphics packages and software to meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Authentication, Data Encryption
- Conduct rigorous analysis of code
- Generating PoC (Proof of concepts)
- In addition to the above primary responsibilities, the incumbent may be assigned any other task from time to time by Management
Requirements
Required Skills:
- PHP Framework: Laravel/Codeigniter/CakePHP
- Data structures/DB schema troubleshooting & optimization of DB issues
- Experience with JSON, XML and Services development
- Strong experience in web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
- Understanding of Responsive Design and its implementation
- Understanding of Client Side Validation, Server Side Validation & User
- Understanding of source control technologies – GIT
- Entire SDLC framework with knowledge of Agile Model; IDE (Integrated Development Environments)
- Should have experience in developing back-end components, connecting the application with other web services, and assisting front-end developers by ensuring their work integrates with the application
Additional/Desirable Skills:
- Candidates with a Fintech Background will be given preference
- Understanding of User Interfaces and Wireframe generation
- Ability to lead a project using own initiative and working as part of a team
