• Hands-on experience in implementing CSM module on ServiceNow.
• Mandatory experience in Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Implement service changes, workflow automations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components (Incident/ Problem/ Change/ Configuration)
