Job Description

Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day reports, financial management, and overall strategy of a company, corporation, or organisation. An executive’s usual day can involve presiding over meetings, examining financial reports, and developing firm policy.

Core Responsibilities

Take responsibility for executing the deployment plan for all GDC technical training programs.

Take responsibility of using the Learning Management System (LMS) to download learning completion reports & analyse the completion status of the assigned participants.

Manage calendars of instructors & participants for technical training learning programs and effectively monitor the completion of all trainings.

Ensure all reporting deadlines related to L&D are achieved in line with the prescribed timelines.

Requirements

Experience: Must have 1-2 years of professionals experience in HR or L&D n field.

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people over emails, voice calls and small group meetings.

• Strong project management skills to execute multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.

• Strong knowledge on tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word – Experience of LMS is an advantage.

• Agility to work in a fast-paced environment
